Back On The Horse

July 28, 2018 Facts Mountain Biking 2 Comments

I rode the Centennial Trail – Bulldog Climb today. 56 minutes up and 14 down. What a ratio and an indicator of my meager fitness. Actually, even my forearms tired on the downhill. All in all, a very fun ride and appropriate after too long a dry spell.

Funny enough, I now make left turns better than rights. I just plain tip the bike better on what has always been my weaker leg. ??

We have quite a camp and it keeps growing. Bear Butte in the background.

This is just what was hoped for. In camp are several elders and the dialogue is grounded, beautiful and more than words.

Let me get some photos and show the rolling beauty. At one point we had an eight vehicle train; now it is only the bus and our little truck. Thank you for the good wishes.
