Exploring New Paltz
I noticed some dumbbells and decided to do some overhead presses to see what differences the hip flexor / serratus (or whatever muscles they are) extension makes. Let me tell you, using these primary lifts for identifying and ingraining proper movements is, for lack of a better phrase, da bomb.
We took a walk along the rail trail from town. These photos show some of what we saw.
