Went through town to get some gloves so my hands don’t get so chewed up from the forest stuff plus fleece liners so they don’t freeze and then up towards the Willow Creek TH, doing the newish 1.5 mile cross country style trail reverse which was, for me, far better, and then traversing the sandy path south to meet up with the trail that takes me back along the creek. It’s a solid loop.

Plus an exploratory side trip after the cross country trail because there’s a lot of sweet riding potential in that area and maybe something can be made there, on the sly or not, that’s more DH style. 😎

Yes I am wearing mucho clothes. We were given a neck / head thing from Mme B and for sure had that. A riding friend told me he has a closet dedicated to different weight gloves as the mercury drops. Riding in this weather is going to take a wardrobe expansion for sure.
