Tonight makes for three nights of no bus movement. That’s a first. The dirt road off of which I’m parked is heavily used and there’s no one else I’ve seen overnighting it. Folks are friendly and all… I’m just looking forward to driving off tomorrow for water, food and so on.

Guys, Upper 50 Year (here and here) was simply too difficult for me to say Rode that one, like, at all. I even had to carry my bike on some of the so called ride arounds; my place is certainly on two feet. It’d be jaw dropping to watch a competent rider though. I aborted the planned continuation on Middle Gate, another black diamond, for a the certainty of a happy moment on Chutes. I far and away mostly rode down Pikes Peak, per some a double black; I mostly pushed my bike on Upper 50. This does suggest CDO is inappropriate too. I’ll have to check out some video.
