Vertigo Follow Up
I found I was still not 100% after the awful vertigo last week. While I felt good aerobically and could still do push-ups, I was wobbly and had foggy brain. What to do?
It so happened that Mme. Awesome came home the day or so before with some not tasty at all spirulena goop. Luckily for me, she more than lives up to her name; after mixed with apple juice and lemon, it turned into a almost good and certainly drinkable thing. No kidding, right away the wobbliness and foggy feeling lifted. Definitely a big time positive change.
What could be going on? She said that the spirulina could be helping the bacteria in my digestive tract which may have been impacted by the vertigo. That got me right away to bike over to the co-op with a probiotic themed shopping list;
- sauerkraut
- kimchi
- kambucha
- lemons
- some drink which claimed to have a ton acidophilus in just 2 tbs
By the time I was back home, the clearness had worn off. Not to worry!!! The kambucha and kimchi put me safely in the all clear again. To make a long story short, I sipped and ate these items over that day and never looked back.
Please give something like this a try if you don’t feel spot on. Hopefully there is a simple fix.
