One Love
Today we learned that the Teyuna prefer a home base from which to roam and return. With a shower. And a kitchen. Fair enough.
The universe provided.
We broke camp and headed into Rapid City where we’ll be spending the night and maybe a few more.
Our hosts are gracious and generous. I truly feel welcome.
This household was identified by Grandmothers in Mme Awesome’s ever expanding network. These women have been extraordinarily helpful, considerate, pleasant and not fixated on politics; I am very thankful we have teamed up.
Back in St. Charles I picked up a Bob Marley shirt. I’ve never received so many compliments on an article of clothing.
Speaking of clothes, today is significant as it is our first laundry of the trip.
Ramble Pictures arrived yesterday. It’s great to see those guys again and they’re one of the reasons we were able to leave at a reasonable hour.
We met up later in the day for some camera work. INCLUDING ARIAL DRONE FOOTAGE OF THE BUS. I volunteered to drive the bus off an epic jump and was out voted. 😩😩😩
I’m glad they’re around as we always have a good time.
View of Bear Butte and the background for the photos.

Eating and traveling with dependents does not lead to a certified Zeke diet. I’m still mostly having the morning protein powder thing. It’s double good because I get plenty of water too. Then it’s anyone’s guess frankly. Usually some granola or protein bars to hold me over. And a slurp of that uber aqueous almond butter. In general not enough.
May we all enjoy delicious and healthy cuisine.
