Gone Dancing
We (Mme K and the two of us) attended a gig at which M R, our host, played. 2 guitars, drummer and a stand up bass. One lead singer with a little backup. It was some 2 step country time played by talented musicians and it was rocking!!
A highlight was when three women from the audience joined the band upon when the rafters shook from their emotional and beautiful singing of Angel From Montgomery. Straight out of the park.
Of course we danced too. Not exactly the way the others were; maybe we mistakenly did a 2 step along the way while getting our high octane groove on.
Plus there was this cowboy sporting the full kit: boots, blue jeans, a kerchief tied to the belt on the side, the right shirt and, of course, a sweet hat. No spurs though and I’m deducting a half a star because he left the bolo at home I’m guessing.
He danced very well and his manners when inviting the ladies to the floor were impeccable, ma’am.

Bolo has one meaning in cowboy world… and then in Sanskrit i think it basically means: “Sing!” Something to ponder….. or not!
