Pump It Up
Lots of lifting weights since arriving back in town. Daily, spread out and easy. Dead lifts, overhead press, bb curls and pushups make up the list.
I stop pretty early, focusing on how I’m moving, balance, whatever needs attention. The idea is to engrain an efficiently performed basic movement so the other, dependent things like mountain biking hopefully are more fun and safe.
Still smokey so still staying in. No joke, we talked about hoofing it to LV.
