New Places
The mudslide we pass on the Sibley wet day walk has a creek running down it and the runoff excavated several additional feet to where the water runs along the trail. Don’t fall in – it’s probably 4 feet further down.
Also windy! The two crows and hawk we saw looked nonplussed about the gusts.
Post whatever it we do for getting out, one of us starts doing down dog and the other uses the delicious equine percussive massager. Recommended.
Mme Awesome clued me in that my hips were shifting out when deadlifting. Practicing in front of a mirror was helpful and resulted in my right knee’s thingy disappearing.
I’m still doing the V3 most every day. In no particular order, that’s 1. twist while laying on your side; 2. lay on back and extend on leg up with the other foot on the floor; and 3. lay on back on side of bed, outer foot on floor, inner flat on the bed. I’ve been wondering what I could do to up #2 some since I’ve not been progressing much for a bit and decided to add in small circles. Hard!
