Monkey Time
The bus is divided for and aft by a bed which sits 24” above the floor. Going over that bed requires crawling or stooping or something for goodness sake! Think continuously traversing a jungle gym.
There’s a place where most of the tools reside. Which means the rest are elsewhere and I guarantee you getting anything requires moving the rue and/or the boxes/shoes/big pot/still unused though fully ready and thus heavy porta pottie which are in the way. See how easy it is to incorporate getting up and down countless times?
Anyway, the tools are because I’m building the area for the new batteries. I’m making what’ll hold them and putting them in place, and I found a place that’ll do the hookups Monday. Can’t hang out on the bus, though there is a bar next door. Next option is measured in miles. Hopefully I can charge my very handy cordless tool batteries too!!
Knowing I was about to make a racket cutting metal with a jigsaw, I walked over to my neighbor, who’s maybe 200-300 feet away through some trees and across the road. Funny enough the guy was working on his rig too. He completely dismissed my noise alert and went back to his business. Not sure if he said more than “Stop… the dog” and “brahhh” with a hand wave.

Today marks the second time I found the winch loose. For sure the spare tire hit something: it bent the rear support piece. The good news is that does mean more clearance!
