A Day Off
Last night ended with potatoes cooked in coals, dusted off, cracked open, salted and chomped.
Woke up today with the sunrise having become old news.
This is taking adjustment. We have some things with us you may have not considered taking on your travels. One of them, the massage table, has been a major source of discussion given its size and weight and our comparable lack of space and horsepower. Today, but on Day 4, we took it out and had a spa day.
The clouds were stupendous. The morning show concerned patterns, layers and speed. The afternoon parade of fantastic creatures included a gargantuan dragon wreathed in fire whose jaws actually shut.
We had such a good time we stayed at the site for the day.
And Then Came The Wind and wow did it define the remainder of the day. Luckily we were ready and willing to take it slow and enjoy so many funny moments. For example, we are moving along on the Camper’s Ferralosity Scale. Hopefully I’ll not forget how to use my phone.
The ceaselessly amazing view is rearranging itself as the sun sets.
