Perception and Projection
There are the most of the times, when we’re on the same wavelength, right? There are also times when it is made plain the different perspectives we each have on the genius of doing something. Those times are fun too right?
One we have is that I’m tearing apart a bus. No resistance and we are both looking forward to the outcome. Fact remains that I took out working seats, walls and a floor so far. We both are stoked there’ll be soundproofing. It’s one of those funny times and since both perspectives are right let’s do it!
Seriously, I have taken myself way too seriously sometimes. Our own advice is surely not static. We can probably all think of times and places whether by word or action or don’t say it both we would, now, have a better outcome due to changes in ourselves. Why must our opinions be mentioned then if not to simply provide whatever level of support you want and call it a day? Why did it take me forever to figure out?
What about dangerous stuff? Calling out risk is helpful, when timed right. I guess. Actually, is it really? Are advice and opinion synonyms? You know people tell themselves that all kinds of their own weirdness is OK and get on someone else for pretty benign stuff. Is that OK?
“We enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought,” said Kennedy.
Focus on showing up to help.
I removed 84 rivets today, greatly assisting in the removal of the walls below the windows. Some small rust has to be sanded, and then painted, and the walls are ready for soundproofing. I saved the fiberglass insulation since it’s in great shape.
