Rainy Day
Man I am a remarkable sleeper. Not going to confess how long in writing.
I realized I am employed last night by the Teyuna Foundation. You can read about my exalted career via the most stunning LinkedIn profile.
I participated in a post pagamento circle today. During the opening meditation I had the easiest time yet relaxing to the point where my left arm actually had the same range of motion as my typically more mobile right. It was great. Next was a Q & A, during which the complexity of language was made plain.
Also, in case I haven’t, here is the deal: the Teyuna came down from the mountains because of changes so great they are visible and, they reasoned, since we are still doing things the same, it is time to find out what is going on elsewhere and share our beliefs so that others will follow them again and continue to spread the word.
Their belief is the planet is an entity, perhaps a relative or friend. This perspective hopefully will make it common sense for decisions to be thought through from a different perspective. Specifically, there must be give proportional to the take as with any balanced relationship. Pagamento (payment) was not chosen by accident.
Ok, look: one of their decisions is to not write down their philosophy. Oral tradition allows for natural evolution or adaptation in terms of with whom and the timing of the discussion. Meaning, recognize reading this and assuming the message is successfully conveyed is intrinsically not in their tradition.
Another perspective: live simply. Their houses are, in a word, simple. They produce their own garments and bags. The truth is this made me pause on the whole rooftop solar thing. Adding all that is not simpler.
