Reflections
Along the way I’ve sought to find something I miss about living in a nice, stationary place and keep coming up empty. Even the decent movie theater is a meh honestly.
These days we have to plan for internet purchases. Really that means far less of them; instead, we’re back to the old skool brick and mortar types.
When the bus is in the garage, we are definitely staying local. Even if simply to get the ready now call. Sometimes we’ve forgotten to take out some key item and then, boy are we looking forward to the reunion.
Fitting in a parking space is great. Not the easiest to find in Brooklyn though. Regardless, it did work. Having the portable porta potty in storage at the time wasn’t in our best interest it turned out.
Somewhere along the ride.

We biked on a mostly flat trail today. Same one we’ve walked upon before. On bikes we went much further, crossing small roads, orchards and pastures. Off in the distance, the Mohunk cliffs looked majestic. Plus, the people with dogs were very well behaved.
Near town, a woman guided a leashed dog to the side as we rode by. Or did the cat following them score the assist? Seriously, the free range kitty also politely moved to the side of the trail and sat with the dog. Professor McGonagall perhaps?
Hooray the shower works!
