Really Did It
We brought in an empty protein powder jar and nuts jar, tared them, and actually put granola in one and raisins in the other. Holy shit.
This Dr. Sarno book mentioned in this page was huge in resolving my tacky hip hurdle. It came up in conversation today. No kidding: a former colleague resolved long term back pain from his reading and reflecting.
